Insert Union Events Calendar RSS feed into calendar area

Once Communications and Middleware Technologies goes live with the new Union Events Calendar, we need to pull their RSS feed and create the list of calendar events from that feed. This will effectively replace the existing code for adding new calendar events to the mailing. However, please retain the old calendar code in a well-documented backup file or commented out so that we can use it in the future if necessary.
