The current pagination crap is being deprecated, so i installed will_paginate (the plugin). However, there's no way to limit the output (show only active, public) - it does an implicit find(:all) that I have no control over. I'd suggest we stay away from pagination on the Senate site -- forever. It sucks...no, really.
